Are there pilates or yoga classes on Pursuit, and is there a charge? If there are classes, what time of day, and only on sea days?

This is the first time travelling on an alcohol included cruise so am unclear about a couple of things. There's mention of a gratuity on drinks. Is the gratuity applied to only those drinks which have an upcharge and aren't included in the complimentary listings, or does the gratuity apply to all drinks requested under the complimentary wine and cocktail list. Also, in some Caribbean ports alcohol is not served while the ship is in port. We are on a Norway cruise with very long days in port. Is alcohol permitted to be served while we are in port? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding the increase in price for Croatia shore excursions, one of the reasons may be that in January, Croatia has changed their currency from their own kuna to the euro. Since the transition, all things in Croatia have increased significantly in price. My sister is doing a private small boat excursion for 1 week up the Dalmatian Coast with 10 other couples and their ship agent has refunded the price of some meals and excursions because they can't do it for the price they quoted in 2022.
