Howdy. I just booked a last-minute new years HAL cruise that stops in Grand Turk and was wondering if anyone had any updated, first-hand information regrading this topic. I'm aware of the official statements on the Turks and Caicos website, but wanted to see if folks had any new real-world info. Thanks!
