The beverage team on our recent Sun cruise used the excuse that they are changing the entire liquor lineup this summer and that's why they were out of some desirable choices - like Buffalo Trace Bourbon.

We were on the Sun Transatlantic cruise that ended Friday in Miami (before the mechanical problems started) and the post-cruise survey listed nothing but Japanese ports and shows that were not pertinent to our cruise. Their IT department is perhaps the worst part of the whole company. Our account before the cruise would randomly show $500 due today, $500 credit tomorrow, and a zero balance the day after. It was very frustrating.

I traveled through IAH for years and 60 minutes is sufficient time but not plenty. As somebody else said, you should have no problems if you can walk at a normal pace (but it can be a lengthy walk). If you have special needs (i.e. wheelchair or a slow walker), the later flight would be the safer choice. And the restaurants in terminal E are not too bad (as airport restaurants go), although nothing like One Flew South in ATL.
