We just came off the Joy 2 weeks ago in the 2br family Haven suite room 17112. The couch is a twin sized bed my 24 year old son's feet hung over and he is only 5'7". Two little kids might be able to sleep if laying opposite of each other. In the bedroom the bottom bed is Full sized and will hold 2 easily. The upper bunk that comes from the ceiling is a twin but it is close to the ceiling and my kids hated it so they slept 3 on the bottom bed. The biggest issue we had with the room (all all those around us had the same issue) is toilets not flushing, backing up, water going on and off to the entire suite. They worked on our floor daily trying to keep all the rooms bathrooms working.

We are cruising out of Miami on NCL in a couple of weeks. I see on the map that there is an overside/rv parking lot at the port. Do they have shuttles from the outer parking areas to get all the luggage to the terminal? I have 2 in wheelchairs and lots of luggage since there is 6 of us plus the medical supplies so a lot to juggle from the RV. Once we are in the terminal we should be good as we are registered for port assistance. (Class C Jayco 33' rv)

We had the sales items removed and the butler brings us pitchers of water and our choice of juices, teas, or lemonade. We were asked before our cruise what our likes were so we had orange juice and lemonade waiting for us on the first day in the fridge. This is regular part of Haven service. Packaged water we could get for free at the bar since we had the upgraded drink package and we would use those on the excursions. All other drinks you had to go to the bar for yourself.

Thank you all for the ideas and suggestions! We are looking forward to this cruise that had to be put off due to covid and then moving. This is my husband's 26 yrs in the Marines retirement cruise! Finally getting a chance to celebrate and relax.

What is the normal tip amount for your butler when staying in a Haven suite? I have read tons that tell you to tip them directly since they are not a part of the shared tips but not sure what the normal range is. We have an upcoming 15 day cruise and I am making sure I have everything ready to go. Thank you
