I have a related question concerning Verifly usage at the Port of Vancouver. Although usage of Verifly is not required, is it even used at all at this location? Is there a separate lane for Verifly to make for a smoother check-in (or has there ever been one)?

I was on the Oosterdam in January and can confirm that (for this ship) the VPN was not working; the connection would time out trying to connect to the VPN server. I was in 2 different hotels immediately before and after the cruise. In both cases, using the exact same hardware, the connection would work fine.
