We have successfully used WineSkins many times, never had a problem.

Those are the one we use also. I take them for my white and he takes them for his red. Never had leakage or breakage in our soft sided luggage. We cushion them with clothing.

This is what is showing for our Cuba cruise on Nov. 20. It will give you an idea of what is offered and prices.

This is the site I used to get our tickets, an email from them is used for entrance.
They list nuts to snack on and a bottle of rum plus soda as included in the price of the ticket.

Copy and pasting of images does not work, unless they the size of an icon. You can link to a third-party image using the insert image icon in the compose window (if it even shows in the app/browser you are using--very confusing, every platform is different). You just need the URL for the image in order to make it work.
So here's the url: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51OXkU+gyjL._AC_US160_.jpg and if I click on the insert picture icon and paste the url into the window that opens, I get this in my post. What I cannot tell you is how to copy the url using any sort of a non-Windows PC device. I also understand that using the Forums app makes posting pictures much easier:

Yes those are the ones I wanted to paste. They work very well. Thank you.

No casino.

I tried to copy and paste but not working on my I Pad.
I got my suction on Amazon and they work great. They have a locking handle.

We used https://spb-tours.com for our 2 days in St.Petersburg on Princess in 2011. We needed to get off the ship quickly to maximize our time there. Princess tried to hold us back and let their groups go first but we managed to get off quickly. It was our favorite tour.

If the water is rough, the boats do not run. We took a train to Riomagiore and then walked the Via dell Amore to Manarola. I believe there is another path higher up.

Thank you . Good info. More award availability into NRT so will consider that.

We will be embarking our Azamara cruise at the port in Tokyo. Should we fly into Narita or Haneda? How close is the port to these airports?

My daughter and I will be traveling to Rome in December. We are coming in 2 days early and do have Viking transfers.
I understand the first day they will pick us up to bring us to the ship. We would like to be going to Florence that day. Is it possible for us to send our bags and make our own way to the ship? We are in port over night, does it matter what time we arrive to check in?
We were on the inaugural cruise of the Star, Barcelona to Bergen. When we arrived at BCN, we asked the Viking leader to take our large bags straight to the ship since we had a private tour picking us up. He has no problem doing this for the four of us and made sure our bags had the Viking tags on them. This was in may 2015. I had not called ahead but it is a good idea.

BXNY...I think we have had very similar travel choices!!! The Irrawaddy was probably my favorite River Cruise!
All time favorite trip though was definitely the African Safari!
We did the Viking Mandalay in 2015, only 8 of us onboard. They couldn't do enough for us and the lovely people and our guide was fabulous. Met the family and her mother cooked a special meal for us.
-
Deec....our all time favorite = African Safari camps as well -but this was not associated with cruising for us! Still....hands down without a doubt. 😉
I agree, our 2 week safari in Tanzania is still our favorite trip. Tarangire, N. Crater and Serengeti for the migration. Nothing comes close. En suite tents and listening to the sounds of Africa. We hope to go back, maybe Botswana next time.

We have done Machu Picchu. What's a zodiac?
They called them Pangas in Galapagos. Rubber boat to get you from the ship to shore.
-
We did a Viking river on the Irrawaddy. Bangkok and then on to Myanmar. No churches but plenty of temples and lovely people. We were so glad we choose that trip.
I agree if you do Galapagos also try and fit in Machu Picchu. We were on the Celebrity Xpedition and it was a fabulous trip but you must be fit. Rough terrain and in and out of zodiacs.

I don't think I will ever get there. We had the our first cruise ship go into Bankruptcy. Then signed on for the Fathom which then canceled and were looking at Azamara. I guess it wasn't meant to be.
The Department of State warns U.S. citizens not to travel to Cuba. Over the past several months, numerous U.S. Embassy Havana employees have been targeted in specific attacks. These employees have suffered significant injuries as a consequence of these attacks. Affected individuals have exhibited a range of physical symptoms including ear complaints and hearing loss, dizziness, headache, fatigue, cognitive issues, and difficulty sleeping.

Thanks for the info. Had looked at the other cruises but didn't like any of them. I'll see what Vantage offers
Good luck on your travels.
-
Hope your cruise is not affected. Fingers crossed. Have you checked out RickSteves.com? He is currently in Cuba with the family. Realistic video and photos, not like some of the travel companies.
Just saw this http://www.cruisecritic.com/v-5/news/news.cfm?ID=6784

Pam, please send me all the details about your trip! We are looking forward to this one!!! My email is pbnj00 @ gmail dot com I want to hear everything!!! We just got our flights.
How did they route you? I am assuming JFK or EWR? They would be our departing airports.
-
Keeping our fingers crossed that all goes as planned for you and us.
-
We have traveled with them many times. We have booked Cuba for March 2016.
I hope you let us know what you thought of the cruise. I looked at some of the other offerings but we decided on Vantage.
A good idea? - Japan cruise during 2019 Golden Week timeframe (late April-early May)
in Azamara

We canceled our cruise on the 27th and moved to the earlier one on April 14. I was concerned the holiday would add hordes of visitors to the sites I wanted to visit. It cost us $200 to switch but I feel that we did the right thing. We hope to see the cherry blossoms but our main focus is visiting our son and his family working in Yakosuka on the Navy base.
