    Two questions: 1) With an CO upgrade, are you given a choice of cabins to choose from and can you decline if you are happy with your original cabin? 2) Has anyone ever been upgraded from a Signature Suite to a Neptune Suite? Thanks!

    A couple of questions on the MDR. How many people actually go formal? Also, on the 7-day from Montreal to Boston, how many formal nights? Also, I hear there is a 150 year anniversary dinner? Do any of those nights have a special menu that shouldn't be missed?
