thank you. what would I plug in for key words to find the idiosyncrasies? I have Never cruised. After 30 plus hours of research I had found out that only 3 lines goes to glacier bay (princess, HA, NCL) but that's the only details I know about the actual differences between lines in Alaska. Would you mind sharing more please? Does one get you closer to ports and therefore you're off the boat and on with your day faster than another? etc etc?

Has anyone done cruised Alaska multiple times using different cruise lines/brands? Can you please tell me the pros and cons of each line; both ship itself as well as at port. Thank you!

Sadly my choice is; MID Family Club Balcony or FRONT Club Balcony Larger Balcony. I am really struggling to decide! I get both sea sick and claustrophobic (ugh) so the larger balcony would be helpful for one but that is literally the one room that is free for larger balcony

Is it true the front rooms are way more rocky? I and my son get motion sickness easily and I have to decide between a MID on deck 13 (club family balocny), and a Front deck 8 (club balcony larger balcony). Thank you!

I forgot to mention/ask about sea sickness in the front of the boat! this room is in the front and I get sick easily!

Is deck 8 noisy from the restaurants/bars or the theater? Is it rocky at all as I hear that can happen in the front? Also, was it time consuming to get up to the outside decks? I have the opportunity to switch from deck 13 Club Family Balcony to deck 8 Club Balcony with Larger Balcony for our Alaskan trip. Thank you! 🙂
