  1. I read the OP's statement that they are just now preparing to embark the cruise...after being in Canada for 7 days....but the will need to update ArriveCan when they prepare to disembark the cruise.
  2. When you completed your ArriveCan prior to entering Canada, you received a receipt on the App, and also an emailed receipt. You just need to show that when you're embarking your cruise.
  3. The Gala Nights were the Sunday sea day, and Wednesday after Glacier Bay on our Koningsdam cruise on 6/11 - 6/18.
  4. I try to be up on the Sports Deck way before the ship enters Glacier Bay.....it's one of my prime spots for whales, sea otters, orcas, and seals, etc. There was a coastal brown bear walking along the shore just after the naturalists started their narrative.
  5. You are 100% correct, I was thinking that the OP was sailing aboard Koningsdam...my mistake.
  6. I think you're referring to Club Orange...it's on deck 2 (Plaza Deck), starboard side, just aft of the Atrium.
  7. The Pinnacle Class ships are approximately 900 feet long. The Neptune Lounge is located almost directly in the middle of the ship. From an Aft Wrap, it would be approximately 450 feet to the Neptune lounge....more or less. So, about the length of 1 1/2 football fields.
  8. Yes, the spa is very close to the gym.
  9. Please tell Cathy, in the Neptune Lounge that Sam & Cindy Jordan say 'hello'....she is definitely a gem!
  10. When we were onboard Koningsdam two weeks ago, we were able to just walk down to Notes, no reservation was required. During the entire week, we rarely saw anyone there. But, I'm sure it varies from week to week. In fact, we had to ask one of the nearby bar tenders to contact 'Archie' who was quickly available to assist us. Archie also conducts the mixology classes onboard Koningsdam.
  11. Hello Ellen! Yes there was both milk and half & half liquid creamer in the Neptune Lounge on our recent Alaska cruise aboard Koningsdam. We were able to exchange our complimentary champagne for another wine, and we were able to order a bottle of wine delivered to our Neptune Suite for a sail away toast. Unfortunately, the Neptune Lounge is for Suite passengers only....however, we ordered appetizers from the concierges, and they were happy to oblige. We had the 'Have it All' package, which included two specialty restaurant dinners....the Tamarind and Canaletto.
  12. Thanks for the replies....what I'm mostly concerned about is whether we'll be able check in for our flights if we haven't uploaded our information to the VERIFLY app.
  13. Thanks for your reply. Is that other form a health assessment?
  14. Can a recent traveler please relate their experience in checking in at the Vancouver airport before fly back to the states? How/when do you present your negative COVID test results? Thanks for your reply.
