Just for those of you (like me) that think this is a cut and paste job, here is what the correspondence I've always gotten from NCL looks like.
Note the placement of the logo
Agree. That’s what my letters look like. Thanks for posting the image!

This story seems a bit “hinky”. The letter posted seemed a little questionable, just in its wording. Now, everything has been deleted.
Your intuition might be correct. I’m looking at an NCL letter that was sent to me via USPS and the letterhead is different than the letter on a previous post; it includes my full mailing address; it’s signed “Norwegian Cruise Line.” I have received other letters from NCL via email and postal and they are all signed by “Norwegian Cruise Line”, and nothing else. Also, and I think this what made me think it’s “hinky” is the letter doesn’t include any contact phone number or email address or URL for NCL, which all my letters include.
if it was sent via email, than wouldn’t it include the To and from email address?
or maybe they printed in Miami, but why would the letterhead look different?
Just a little weird

Thank you for the great live review of the Encore. We have not sailed on the Encore and now I am more intrigued. She looks like a beautiful ship! Again, many thanks!

Today’s featured beach is Long Bay Beach. Beautiful. Crystal clear water. Soft sand. Easy access to food and drinks. Two loungers and an umbrella $25.
sounds like a perfect recipe for a gorgeous day. Enjoy!

2. That strip steak is absolutely awful. It's so bad they have to drown it in an overly salted gravy just to give it some taste.
My experience on The Escape in Feb was the opposite. Strip steak was cooked to my preferred temp and I asked for the sauce on the side, which I didn’t taste because the steak was seasoned perfectly with just salt and pepper.
maybe ask for the gravy/sauce on the side next time. -
Incredible examples of groce and rude behavior, but my opinion is that this behavior is limited to a small number of passengers (from my observations and cruising on multiple lines). I tend to cruise in the off season, stay in areas of the ship that are less crowded (spa, the haven), dine when most aren’t.
Enjoy your cruising- 2

I'd say yes. Starting with the advent of social media, turbocharged with the nastiness of 2016-on politics, exacerbated by the Pandemic,
Completely agree

Awesome review! We are sailing on the Star end of May for Iceland & Norway (no Greenland ). Pics of the icebergs were amazing. And y’all looked so cold, even in July. I’m so glad I bought a new puffy, warm coat and mittens
Have fun on your next adventure

Noticing that again there is no beef in the MDR on this menu.
Thought I saw under classic entree’s a grilled NY strip steak. Maybe I was mistaken?

While I trust NCL, I am not sure I want them pumping me full of “juice”.
Wow! I haven’t seen this offered on prior cruises. Must be popular after a late night of cocktails 🍸

Hello. We are considering a Mediterranean cruise on the Breakaway (our first time on that ship) and I wonder about the opportunity cost to book a Haven suite or a balcony suite on this ship in an aft cabin. It will be port intensive, and we will need time to relax at the end of the day. We are Platinum level and that will get us some extra perks (laundry, specialty dining). Thoughts? Thank you!

Hello. Many times we have cruised on the Escape and loved each cruise. I did a live review in November 2023 that you might find interesting

It's a nice little thermal spa
Hello. We are sailing on the Star in May and got thermal suite pass for the entire trip. I read there is a lap pool in the thermal suite. Do you know the length of the pool? Any other tips about the thermal suite on the Star would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

In fact, all the other ships in the NCL fleet COMBINED do not equal the number of technical woes the Star has faced in her 23 years of service
Wow! We are sailing on thr Star at the end of May. Do you know if her technical woes improved after the 2022 renovations?

We disembarked and stayed in Trieste a day after our cruise in April 2022. I honestly wish we had stayed longer, and if I get the chance, I want to return to Trieste as it is such an interesting fusion of traditional Italian cuisine and sensibilities with the Slavic
Wow! That sounds incredible and you have got me curious about Trieste.

It's an only 10 place train carriage, with a lot of place and food service. A really special service, and from Florence or Rome to Venice
Sounds like my kind of travel. Thank you for this suggestion

This post is perfect timing. We just booked an NCL cruise that embarks from Rome and disembarks in Trieste. This is great info on getting into Venice. We are considering an extra night or two in Venice and take the train to Rome for our flight home (flight cost for us will be less expensive traveling to/from Rome). Anyone take the train to Rome from Venice? Any recommendations? Thank you!

Looks like the big loungers that use to be on Coral Princess have also disappeared, but replaced with wood slat chairs and small tables. It’s better than nothing, and I’m wondering if NCL could do the same thing?
That looks classy. On the Jade there are portions of the promenade deck that are wide enough to allow small table and chairs.

However I would imagine that everyone on your booking would have to pay for the upgrade not just one person.
Hello. We upgraded to the Premium Plus package in January on our first day of the cruise, and we had to upgrade both of us, not just one person.

'66 by Norwegian brand was way better than the included one and worth the extra $2.40
Completely agree. We love the 66 Prosecco, we bought a bottle to bring home. We are going on a cruise in 10 days on The Escape, and I’m going to buy 2 bottles to bring home.

Hello! Do you remember the name of the shop at BVI that carries the Havana slippers?
Hello. It was La Boutique. It’s located in the shopping area at the cruise terminal Tortola, BVI. Go inside and have a look. I always seem to find something I love, including Haviana slippers. 🩴
Have fun!
