How is the thermal suite? We sailed the Prima and the ceiling tiles rattled when ever someone was on the treadmill in the fitness center located just above the thermal suite. It was so annoying. Have they fixed this?

We were on the AmaDolce and we did the pre and post cruise extensions. Love the Loire Valley post cruise and wish we had spend more time there. You will love it. I don’t remember the hotel we stayed at CDG, but it was nice, as typical with Amawaterways   
enjoy and say hello to Helene if she is the cruise director. We love her and hope to see her again

Wouldn’t waste my money on the Vibe because all the areas accessible to all passengers are beautiful, and lots of great places to relax. the interiors are lovely.
 

We spent a lot of time in the thermal suite, too, and felt so pampered. We are booked on Viva in Feb 2025, and are anxious to see her.

I understand how upsetting it can be to have a dream trip not go as planned. Maybe the NCL customer experience department could help? If you’ve contacted them already, my apologies if I haven’t read that info.

I have sailed Celebrity and NCL Prima. Prima is a beautiful ship, and we are sailing Viva in March 2025. I found the Prima layout to be similar to Celebrity, but more contemporary. I have sailed Escape, too, and it is a different ship class compared to the Prima. I love the both. Overall, depends on preference for smaller ship vs bigger ship. 

On average, my experience has been the cleaned laundry is returned the next day around 2 pm, local time. I have had this same experience on the Escape and the Prima.
