I am surprised that I received just one Viking brochure for December yesterday, the 2024/2025 Ocean Voyages. Other months, I received several brochures. The only promo code in the brochure was EBD, which I guess is normal. Looks like the $25 deposit is here to stay, at least for now.

Hello all. Does anyone know if Viking has Black Friday promos? I am seeing where some of the big cruise lines like Celebrity and Princess will have some nice deals like 50% off for second passenger, etc.

We just did the Empires of the Mediterranean in July on the Viking Sea. The fixture pictured above is not the same as what we had in our PV1 stateroom. I am almost positive that was Hansgrohe. Variations from ship to ship perhaps?

We just did this same cruise in July. Viking had multiple water taxis to take passengers from the hotel in Venice to Chioggia. The water taxis dropped us off adjacent to the ship. It was cool to see the ship on the horizon as we got closer.
