Staying overnight on a cruise in Bridgetown for the first time ever despite numerous cruises over the years. What are the options to do with two young children please? I’ve read nothing much happens after dark and there are safety concerns. We are fine with paying for a taxi to somewhere nicer but would really like to make the most of an evening stay. Perhaps somewhere in a marina or touristy night market/bars etc? We won’t want food as the kids will eat beforehand but drinks for the adults would be a must!

Hi all, first time in St.V. What would be the best option with young kids please? We like nice beaches. Ideally with bars etc. must be safe. Only nice ones look like Indian bay/Villa beach (only white sands on the island apparently). Is return transport to other islands feasible? I’m in port all day. Perhaps bequia, mustique, Tobago cays? thanks for any tips. The country looks less touristy and therefore common recommendations.
