St.Vincent - full day with young kids?

Hi all, first time in St.V. What would be the best option with young kids please? We like nice beaches. Ideally with bars etc. must be safe. 

 

Only nice ones look like Indian bay/Villa beach (only white sands on the island apparently). 
 

Is return transport to other islands feasible? I’m in port all day. Perhaps bequia, mustique, Tobago cays? 
 

thanks for any tips. The country looks less touristy and therefore common recommendations.
