You'll likely need to take BUS to the tourist site so staying any place should make little difference. I stayed at Crowne Plaza Kyoto and it's right next to Nijo Castle when I went to Japan last time. But it will need some bus ride to Kiyomizu-dera and Kinkaku-ji.

Hello, I am arriving Laem Chabang as final destination on NCLPearl in Feb 2024 and is looking to go to Pattaya directly after cruise. I've tried to search the information on the website but couldn't find the information for the transportation. From some post, I see there is shuttle service going to Mike Shopping Mall in Pattaya and that would be perfect, but I'm not sure if big luggage is allowed on the shuttle service. And from other posts, I saw people saying there are some place we can walk to to call Grab. Has anyone has recent experience on the shuttle service or Grab service? Thanks
