I ave booked through expedia, I expect that all the fees are included in it already

I have written to them and they have confirmed to me in writing that that we can go there as early 8am for a pre check-in and get the vouchers but cannot guarantee that we get keys to room before 3pm.

So a little update, I spoke to someone from CS Bahamas and they said they might not release the vouchers before checkin time at 3pm... About the vouchers they said you can still book at CS but not the day of your travel to get the vouchers

according to the message it says we cannot get the tickets the same day of the booking and then theyve added all those random charges. I am so against ever booking anything at any comfort suites anywhere. Im just glad I paid for the free cancellation with these clowns.

Hi, I have actually just booked one night at Comfort Suites on expedia which also advertised that we get vouchers for day passes. I will be calling them as well as Atlantis to confirm everything and update you tomorrow.

I have read in other topics that you can go the morning of to pick up the vouchers. I remember reading some people went as early as 9 am with no problems.

We are going in August, I was wondering if anyone has done the Comfort inn hack to get into Atlantis. The only issue I run into is that we are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and there aren't any rooms to book that can accommodate 5 so I am wondering what I would have to do for the last person.
