Constellation is on her way to you, have a great holiday!

Last year I made the effort (not hard) and even accesorised with a white dress scarf. Because, why not. I received a few positive comments, including 'looking dapper' So a positive experience. I wasn't alone but I think I'm on the endangered list for sure. If it feels good, do it!

We are doing the cruise in June. We have booked a pickup from FCO to Civitavecchia (hotel for a couple of days pre cruise) but I think you can travel by train as well. Ditto a pickup Ravenna to BLQ. I'm not sure if train is available. Both pickups booked via our TA.

We successfully bid SS to RS on our last cruise. Everything Jim says is correct. Unlimited dining was definitely included.

I'm happy to report that it has all been sorted. I now have both our bookings visible and we are able to see excursions / requests etc. I'm happy with that, less than 24 hours from contact to resolution.

Thanks all, I dropped them an email with the relevant information today. The 'team are investigating'. I must say they were quick in responding and passing the issue off to the (hopefully) correct department.

Thanks, so it looks like access is a necessity. I'll call Explora next week.

Morning all, We now have two cruises booked with Explora Journeys but despite multiple attempts by our TA we are unable to see our bookings in the Explora Journeys site. I'm guessing that the bookings are not linked to our web account as I can see them if I use the filter option and enter booking numbers D.O.B. etc. But even then I "do not have permission to view this booking". The question is, am I actualy missing anything of value by not being able to view our bookings? Calm seas, Kevin

We will be taking our last booked Celebrity Retreat cruise this year. We have nothing else booked or planned with Celebrity. We are jumping ship to Explora Journeys, one cruise booked and in the process of booking another at the moment when our TA gets back to us. Circa 1000 pax on the size of a ship of similar size to Constellation, new, all suites and cheaper / similar price! It may be a poor move but on paper it looks sensible.
