When checking in for my cruise, I was able to select my arrival time. However, when trying to enter passport info both by scanning on the app or by entering manually on the Royal website - I get an error when completing, saying, "We've hit a snag. Try again later," but this has been a few days.
Has anyone else experienced this? I assume I can just go in person if it doesn't work since I at least scheduled my arrival time. I'm guessing that entering passport details before sailing isn't a hard requirement, but I wanted to make check-in seamless.
