We are booked on a 10 day Alaska Cruise tour beginning May 14. I was just on the cruise personalizer making sure everything looked good. On the passenger check-in information it states that our flight schedule is complete. We had provided our independent air information coming and going. It always listed our flight information but now it is empty. Should I be concerned or is this what happens when you are this close to your upcoming trip? It does say that the flight information is complete.

Same thing has happened to me. After reading here I put in my old email address and new password and it logged me in. Weird. I checked my information on the Cruise personalizer and it shows my new email address. That is crazy!! I didn't have any problem signing in with my name, birthday and booking number earlier.

Thank you so much for your help.

Do you have the opportunity to sign up for it on the ship like you do for EZ Check?

Was really hoping someone could answer this question.

Is EZ Check available when disembarking in Vancouver heading back to the USA? We will be on a southbound Alaska cruise in May that will disembark in Vancouver.
Thanks.

Does anyone know of an email for Princess customer service?
Checked the website but only saw a phone number.
Thank you!

I have them added to my contacts and have checked spam/junk folders in each email address. It is just too weird that it hasn't come in to either address.

I am booked on a southbound Alaska cruise in May. I prepaid my gratuities and the cost of a coffee card. It was taken out of my account over a month ago. After reading here about getting a copy of the paperwork so if there were to be any question I called Princess yesterday. The may said he would be happy to email it to me. He verified my home email address and did it while I was on the phone with him. I have never received the email. So today I call again and spoke with a nice woman. She verified my home email address and sent it again. I also asked her to send to my work and gave her my work email which she verified with me and sent it as well. I still have not received any email at home or work. What do you think could be the issue? I do get all the Princess emailings otherwise. I guess if I haven't received either email by Monday I will call back and ask that they fax it to me. Any suggestions as to why I am not getting the emails? Thanks!

A good friend and I will be on the Emerald April 16-26 and we have reserved a clamshell for the beach on Princess Cays. I have skin that cannot take the sun full time and I love the beach so we felt this would give us a way to get some shade but still enjoy being at the beach. Somewhere I read a post on one of the boards that their clamshell was set up on a beach that was not good for swiming and was rocky. For those of you who have been to Princess Cays (this is our first Princess cruise) are all the clamshells on this rocky beach. We also reserved two of the aqua lounges to use in the water when we wanted but if we are going to have to haul them (aqua lounges) a great distance to the swimming area then I am questioning our choice. Thanks for your help. I find this board so helpful in planning.

My first cruise was also on the Skyward. I made two cruises on her - in 1986 and 1987. It was so wonderful. Just today I have been remembering the wonderful time I had on the Skyward. What fun it was. The food was great and the service super. I really wish I could go on her again sometime just for old times sake. That was such a long time ago it seems. I have pictures of her in front of me now. Found them last evening as I was cleaning out a closet.
Hubbard Glacier access 2014
in Alaska

We were at Hubbard Glacier during the week of May 17-24 , 2014. It was awesome. We were aboard the Crown Princess and the Captain did an super job of getting us up very close to the glacier.
