I have the same problem. I understand that there was a worldwide time warp defect and stoppage of time caused by a glitch in the matrix on July 22nd. This caused many ships to be frozen in a time/space worm hole worldwide. The current fix being considered is to send us all back in time to July 22 and then reboot the matrix so we can move forward together. Meanwhile keep your laptop warm to avoid other parts of your headset being frozen as well. Bon Voyage!
