I guess I see where "not worthwhile" and "worthless" are different. I mean, laundry is $39 or free. A couple $50 meals, or free. It's not really anything that would change my choice of a cruise, but it ain't chicken feed either.
Your confidence in finding information from a public message board rather than an official government medical requirement site is quite commendable. I think.
Personally, I think the other poster wasted $100. But that was their choice. Whether they would have had a better experience for a few bucks more on a ships cruise is really just a crapshoot. But one I would prefer.

Yes, you can get any tour cheaper by doing it yourself. But really, you're spending 1000's on a cruise and airfare. Is a hundred or so Euros really going to matter?
