How about when you want to go pay for a cruise by hitting pay me on the cruise planner and it still asks you more information like Reservation #, Ship, Date and your name. Why isn't that being sent when you are logged in and hitting a button that says pay me.

If you want to use the free day you can only do that onboard the ship and you will pay regular price for internet not getting the discount if you buy it in advance. I have been just waiting to buy it onboard to use my 2 free days but to save money I just wait 1-2 days before buying. My opinion is you don't need internet the first day and lately I have been skipping that second day, so it comes in cheaper with the 2 free days but no internet at the start. Royal needs to provide us the free days or the credit in advance, other lines do.

The internet in the Caribbean has been pretty fast on their ships now and it's also unlimited. Other people have talked about it on other threads. Not sure what the current prices are if they changed but a few months ago it was $10 a day if booked in advance and first day for the entire cruise. Then discount off that price.

You get 50% off the package as an Elite now. On the transatlantic this past year Internet barely worked and they didn't charge anyone for it.

Transatlantic this year from Florida to Europe on Princess wasn't useable this was off the Sky Princess. You were lucky if email worked quickly but this seems to have been a problem with all Princess ships from what I read here, this looks like it was a fleet wide problem with Princess in the end since it seems like they dropped the fast internet they use in the Caribbean for a different system for the transatlantic, never got any straight answer to why that was the case except for the fast internet doesn't work on transatlantic. Royal Caribbean said the first few and last few days should be fine with the fast internet. From what I know Virgin Voyages uses the same internet that Princess uses in the Caribbean and that Royal Caribbean uses on most of their ships. So don't know who to trust. I would go for you might have problems and not to trust it working all the time.
