FYI - Depending on the number of ships in port that day, NCL could dock at either Crown Bay (on the western side of Charlotte Amalie) or Havensight (on the eastern side of Charlotte Amalie) (this is the usual dock). -

Terminal 2 is small and old. Terminal 3 is much bigger and nicer. -
We found that NCL reservations could not see the letter we received in our cabins when the cruise was canceled. The FCC's also do not show up in our account. We got hold of guest relations and they had a copy of the letter and handled new cruise booking for us.
