RCCL allows you to charge 4 drinks per day. The waiter didn't tell me I couldn't order drinks for my friends, nor was it specified in their rules that I am the only one who can drink those drinks. I guess I'm unsure why that would be considered "cheating." I was just asking a simple question about how it works on Celebrity because all I know is RCCL and so far it's been implied that I am a freeloader, cheat, thief, working the system, etc. Way to support each other on Cruise Critic!

I believe RCCL has a better way of handling this which is by giving each person who holds Diamond Status 4 free drinks per person per day up to $14 each. That way, you can decide if you'd like to gift someone a drink AND you're not trying to drink as many drinks as possible in a 2-hour time window!

How does the cocktail hour work? I can get as many drinks as I want between 5-7 at a bar? Am I charged anything for these at all?

We rented a golf cart from Sue & Joy's on our December 2022 cruise. It was $80 for the day. They don't take your name or anything--just hand over the cash and you're on your way. No issues whatsoever with the cart. Remember you'll be driving on the opposite side of the road in Bimini. We drove from one end to the other, maybe a couple of times. Load a map ahead of time and hit up these spots: Nate's Bimini Breads Neal Watson's Bimini Scuba Center--go to the back where they have the shark cage you can try and see lots of sharks (without going in the cage!) Ashley Saunders Dolphin House Museum--$10 to enter, take something cool and donate it and he might put it in the wall of the house Radio Beach--stunning and will see cruise ship from there Gallant Lady shipwreck--tide pools End of the island to snorkel and find conch Conch salad at one of these places, depending on what's open--Big Mike's, Stuart's or Joe's (only Joe's was open the day we were there) We drove to the other end of the island as far as we could go. You have to pay to go into the club and it seemed like the road past that was only for locals. So, you can drive down there but not see much.

I'm Diamond on RCCL which made me Elite on Celebrity but my friend who is traveling with me holds no status whatsoever. Will she be extended Elite benefits while on this cruise? I booked it under my name with my number.

We are considering renting bikes and riding them from the port to the southern end of Bimini. Has anyone done this and did it feel safe riding on their roads?
