We don't have 4 guests, we have 3: myself, my husband, and his mother. There was a pop-up offer on our postbooking webpage (where you go to book shore excursions, check in, etc) for the HIA package on our casino rate Alaska cruise in a Neptune Suite for $50 pp/pd. We called HAL, got the run-around that we couldn't add the HIA despite the pop-up offer, talked to a supervisor, still got denied. The very next day, I saw that another person here on CC that was able to get the HIA added to their casino rate cruise because of a change of policy on adding HIA to casino rate bookings, called back to our PCC, still had to talk to yet another supervisor, and finally was able to get it added with the explanation that a portion of the HIA (the Wifi portion) would only apply to guests 1 & 2: myself & my husband, which was (somewhat) listed in the HIA T&C. It cost us $45 pp/pd for each of our 3 guests: myself, my husband, and his mother. I am not at this time going to complain about not getting a single person's $100ish internet plan included when, on the whole, we're saving more than $2000 on the entire cruise and all of its accumulated add-ons. You may call it a special, non-standard plan, but it's what we were offered by a HAL supervisor and was close enough to what is delineated in the offer T&C to make us content. YMMV.
