I guess everyone must be better than me with deck plans. So, which deck is which? Can anyone help me understand? Thanks!!!

Did they mention the ceiling height in the bathroom and shower? We currently have 11730 next fall, but my 6 foot husband is getting anxious about the comments regarding the bathroom. If he cannot stand comfortably and take a shower, it just won't work for us.

We had once last week. We had rented one at Labadee last year and loved it.
We had number 8. It was quite private and had nice shade. We got water, champagne, fruit plate, snorkel gear and mats. From #8, the beach is a looooong walk.
The major disappointment was the buffet. Yes, it was only for the people in the 14 cabanas, so it was not crowded. But, the food was only okay. The steak mentioned is only about a quarter of an inch thick and rather rubbery. The seafood skewers had a shrimp and 2 pieces of fish. The fish was dried out but the shrimp was okay.
I would not hesitate to book a cabana on Labadee, but the ones on Coco Cay are just not worth it.

One more positive vote. We used them Friday and Marlene was wonderful. Offered to make a stop if we needed it. She told us a bit about the company. She and her husband Mike own it. They don't want to be a huge company, just a family owned business. She was friendly and on time.

We will be on the 4 night in October and I am wondering how formal people are in the MDR. We did not plan on packing a suit for my husband, just dress shirt and pants. Would he look out of place? Trying to make the trip with 2 carryons and not any extra space.
Love all the pics and info. Thank you soooooo much for this!

On our very first cruise in the late 70s, we saw an older woman in a TIGHT spandex outfit that featured tiger stripes. It might not have been so tight if she hadn't been so well endowed. She wore it several times during the cruise. We still laugh about "tiger lady".
Once at the pool, a lady decided to change from her suit to a muumu type dress without leaving her lounger. Unfortunately, not all the things that should have stayed covered remained covered.
On Orient Beach, we learned the truth of the phrase "just because you can doesn't mean you should". UGH!!!

stones902 - Which cabana did you have? The over water look really neat, but so do the beach ones.
We usually do not book a suite and I have never felt I was missing anything. Those that pay for a suite can have all the perks RCI wants to give them.
