Is the casino open on Cocoa Cay day on the Freedom of the Seas?

The Email never happened; it was supposed to say boarding was changed to noon we were told originally to be there at 10:00. That also didn't happen started late afternoon and took many hours. Heard some got on at 7:30.

Talked with one of the lead singers. He said some of his staff would not be allowed off ship until their documents came. Captains letter said they had to hire many new staff. No, Email never came to us. It was supposed to say boarding to start at noon.

We had a similar experience on the Oasis. But they checked us in to rooms to wait with water and snacks. They knew it was going to happen and planned ahead. Class act!

My husband and I just got off this mess! We have cruised in over one hundred cruises, all lines. Never have I seen anything like this. It took us 6 hours to board, no food, no water no bathrooms and standing on concrete. One ornery staff member, when I asked what was wrong said didn't you read your Email! We are late 70's this exhausted us for most of the cruise! Today we were in line at 7:00, and once again they were not cleared, took 3 hours and only half were off yet!! The ship came from Europe without proper documents for staff, this is not the fault of customs MSC is a cruise line it should have been handled that is the business they are in. WE will never cruise this line again! PS the food wasn't good!
