We have a suite in Oct. on the Grand. Last suite we had years ago was on the Regal and it included the Enclave. I know the Grand doesn't have this but do they have a Thermal Spa or Suite? Where and what would this have available. We have gone to the Lotus pool after dinner on other ships and hope to do this again on the Grand so no Thermal would be ok with me.

Thanks as always for your input.

The Grand has The Lotus Spa deck 15

Am I the only one that just books the cruise on the website and goes on it without all of this nonsense? Then, once onboard, just kind of go with the flow in terms of dining availability and whatever else? And if I happen to pay for something ahead of time for which I'm entitled to credit or refund, just kind of let the process work itself out with an OBC onboard?

Seems like a lot of unnecessary hang wringing and process management and consternation over a couple of dollars.

No your not the only one and I agree with what you posted. I have always book direct as you do and never had any issues.

I started the post because we are booked in a penthouse suite and I was wondering if it was for "Full Suite" guest only, not mini-suite or upper tier guest (elites etc..). Thanks everyone for the replies!

    Full suites only

7 of us are going on the Regal Princess out of Galveston this Sunday. Three in my party don't have passports, just a Driver's License and Birth Certificate. We have cruised for years without needing a passport on roundtrip, closed loop cruises. The Princess website says if the ship is calling on a port in Central America that you must have a passport. Roatan is in Central America. I called Princess three times and got conflicting answers from call center agents with very heavy foreign accents. Is there anybody reading this that has cruised on the Regal Princess recently out of Galveston going to Roatan that only had a driver's license and birth certificate? Obviously we don't want to be denied boarding. Thanks in advance for the responses.

Princess Cruises and most other cruise lines encourage cruisers to shop onboard yet, we have not been able to find a single Princess ship to have any shopping bags for their passengers to carry their purchased merchandise with! I can’t even imagine anyone shopping at Macy’s, Nordstrom for example, having to lug all their purchases home without anything to carry them in! While other cruise lines have their shopping bags adorned with company logo on it Princess seems to want us to inconveniently haul all that stuff back to our cabin before continuing on with our activities ☹️

When you purchase a cruise online the cruise personalizer allows you to select a bathrobe and also bed configuration.  We always select one and sometimes they are not in the cabin but as the last poster said your room steward can and will provide one.

Most times they are in the laundry being washed and should show up on day 2 , but continue to ask
