I started the post because we are booked in a penthouse suite and I was wondering if it was for "Full Suite" guest only, not mini-suite or upper tier guest (elites etc..). Thanks everyone for the replies!

7 of us are going on the Regal Princess out of Galveston this Sunday. Three in my party don't have passports, just a Driver's License and Birth Certificate. We have cruised for years without needing a passport on roundtrip, closed loop cruises. The Princess website says if the ship is calling on a port in Central America that you must have a passport. Roatan is in Central America. I called Princess three times and got conflicting answers from call center agents with very heavy foreign accents. Is there anybody reading this that has cruised on the Regal Princess recently out of Galveston going to Roatan that only had a driver's license and birth certificate? Obviously we don't want to be denied boarding. Thanks in advance for the responses.

You do not have an aft balcony so the balconies are directly above each other

Now that standard dining of early and late have gone away so has the speed if service. The need of rotating tables is not that important
and Baked Alaska was a show and enjoyed by the whole restaurant venue

Hi,
is the Sanctuary suites only? If not can you buy passes and how do you do that? Thank you!
It’s first come first served. You can buy for a half, full day or up to a week.

The upper decks will have plenty away from the pool you will just need to pick out a good spot that will work.
or plan on your own balcony especially the rear cabins.

Yes you can order extra sides it maybe for a charge. The portions are big so go with a good appetite and enjoy.

Princess Cruises and most other cruise lines encourage cruisers to shop onboard yet, we have not been able to find a single Princess ship to have any shopping bags for their passengers to carry their purchased merchandise with! I can’t even imagine anyone shopping at Macy’s, Nordstrom for example, having to lug all their purchases home without anything to carry them in! While other cruise lines have their shopping bags adorned with company logo on it Princess seems to want us to inconveniently haul all that stuff back to our cabin before continuing on with our activities ☹️

When you purchase a cruise online the cruise personalizer allows you to select a bathrobe and also bed configuration. We always select one and sometimes they are not in the cabin but as the last poster said your room steward can and will provide one.
Most times they are in the laundry being washed and should show up on day 2 , but continue to ask

I will find out then when I pick up my medallion for the second cruise whether it has been adjusted.
You should have the Elite pin on your bed on the last night of the first leg

I'm in the green lane...my ipad shows the QR code but my Iphone does not and nothing I do seems to bring it up. Is the QR code really necessary to board?
No, just so up at the port you will be taken care of.

Read about it and see a somewhat dated video on Princess.com. Try Googling for more info and opinions. It is a quiet oasis with luxury-type loungers. On Royal Class ships, not a lot of shade.
Well put, only way to really know is try it.
I the early years it was easy to get a space, now it’s a race on embarkation day with B2B cruisers reserving before you. Yes and shade is a premium.

What kind of stateroom did you book? I believe Suite guests may be complementary but I not aware of anyone else.
Use this link for more information.
