CB tours has the dining changed now where if you pick the same time each night you will get a different table and different waiter? IE no tradition dining any more? I will be really disappointed if this is the case as it was half the fun getting to know your waiters and having them get to know you.

No free RATS here for us. We are a family of four, hard working and get zilch from the govt. I am a nurse and my hubby is a paramedic. We have been worked to the bone and got nothing back. In fact when covid first started my hubby came in contact with covid through his job because a patient lied about his symptoms and where he had been (he lied and crossed the border when they were closed) and he had covid. So my hubby and all of us and his partner and all her family were stood down for 14 days. He received the base pay without any penalties as he would have earnt during that 14 day period and I had no pay as I am casual and my son had no pay from his job. Did we get any compensation for that ? Nope. Can you tell I am still bitter about this? hehehe. Anyways the point is that I feel your pain NSWP as the system is broken and those that work hard don't get anything out of it except job satisfaction I suppose. Never ever had a hand out and worked since I was 15. I don't think I will even be able to retire as they keep upping the retirement age.

yes I think you are fantastic getting all this info for everyone. I hate having to do things last minute. Really goes against everything I am - that is an organiser hahaha. I just like to be prepared.

You don't need to get a PCR. I am just saying that I think that is what I will do for my family because, it's free where I am and no waiting or referral to get one. (RATS cost us money), and I can do a PCR up to 72 hours out from the cruise. None of this worry about having nothing to upload outside of 24 hours. Just seems easier for us. But if you have a RAT test or that is what you prefer then that is the way to go.

We can go to our local hospital and get a free PCR test. They send you the results via text message within 24 hours. I certainly wouldn't be paying $150 for one 😮

Such conflicting information. Again I see big issues arising when it comes to time for the cruise. They are asking for people to do the wrong thing. I am thinking I am just going to get a PCR test on the Friday and be done with it. Then I have proof I can upload, it's within the 72 hours but outside the 24 hours.

Also does anyone know how much a decent coffee is onboard? Hubby is trying to decide if it's worth buying the coffee and soda package. Thanks in advance.

I think they are going to have big issues at the terminal on embarkation day or 24 hours before, when everyone who has been told that they only have to attest to having a negative RAT test suddenly have to have a pic of it and they don't have it any more. Then what?? Going to be a mess methinks. 🤔
