Done it a number of times. Out of hotel, take right, through dock gates up to ship. One time departed Celebrity, walked to HI had coffee, came out of hotel, turned left walked to P&O ship. All with luggage.

How far from the cruise port to train station. Walk, taxi?

Thanks for the speedy response. Last time we flew from Southampton to Manchester, my brother picked us up. Only flight now is late in afternoon. Don't want to chance train (strike), and having to change stations in London. Neither of us want to drive, hence the lowly bus. I'm looking at National Bus, change at Victoria coach station or MegaBus , no change. Both between 8-9 hours. The earlier we can get off the better.

My husband & I will be arriving in Southampton from NY on October 14th. I would like to get a bus from Southampton to Leeds, what is the earliest time to can get off the ship. We can carry our own luggage.
