I am all set. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes I finally got an agent.

Does anyone know if there is a number to call to let Princess know I will be arriving almost 8 hours earlier at SFO airport? We are flying out tomorrow and we moved our flight to an earlier one. We have purchased the ore cruise/transfer from the airport to the hotel through Princess. I tried to update info in website however it would not let me.

Just curios as to which suite you are in. We will on the Star July 6th and will have 3 suites.

Just checked Princess website and they have a new flyer up and they have removed the unlimited free internet.

Ours was posted to account as well.

I called and no luck. I emailed and received a voicemail from Princess saying they were sorry and indeed it was an error. They gave us a 50 OBC as well. Emailed back thanking them but telling them they should honor their word as it would help create a great overall customer experience. Will see if I get a response.

I am on the phone with them now. The agent said no and they are going to remove from the flyer/website :(

Curiosity has got the best of me. I am going to call tomorrow to see if I can confirm unless someone can confirm before then. If nothing is posted I will share what I learn from Princess. Let's hope this is accurate.

If we wait and purchase the unlimited beverage package when we board in San Francisco are there ant local taxes that are added on? I know if you order a drink in FL before the ship departs they hit you with local tax.

What about the price for beer. Did that go up or stay the same?

Is there a daily limit as to how much you can charge to your account through the slot machines?

We are in a full suite and used amex platinum to book. Since we will receive a comp dinner for the first night for being in a suite and one for amex will they let us use one another night?

Anyone ever had any luck getting them to waive the 5% service fee to charge to sea pass? Elites, Suite passengers?

Do you know if they offered the vouchers to guest in the PH and RS? Have received a VIP card in the past that allowed us to attend the Elite Happy Hour in the past, yet we were not at the Elite level.

Thank you for the replies. I am hoping they offer on the 11/24 transatlantic. I know we could get to Florence by bus/train but I would rather pay a little more and have the ship be responsible for getting us back rather than an independent operator or myslef.

Since I cannot see the shore excursions for my cruise (under maintenance) I thought I would ask on CC. Does anyone know if Celebrity offers a shuttle from Livorno to Florence for passengers to explore on their own?

Understand the reason for staggered boarding times. Does anyone know if they are doing this on the Constellation?
