  1. We are sailing on the Beyond over Christmas and New years. In the past we have never had problems making dinner reservations fairly far in advance. We are beiing told that for this sailing, the reservations for speicalty and any time seating won't be available until 90 days before we leave. This seems like it will be a mess consideriing the ship is full and it is over the holidays. Anyone else having this issue?
  2. We are considering the Beyond cruise December 23, 2024. Ports are Colombia, Panama Canal and 3 other islands. Any thoughts and reviews on this itinerary?
  3. We have booked this cruise September of 2024 on the Silhouette. We plan on hiring a private guide in Israel and staying overnight in Jerusalem so that we don't wait precious time gettiing on and off the ship
  4. Yes, but most of the reviews are about the ships and not the actual itinerary.
  5. We are planning on taking the Silhoutte to Greece, Haifa, Jerusalem, Egypt and Turkey next September. Any reviews for this itinerary?
  6. What sparkling wines were on the classic package? We like a dry sparkling wine and last time we were able to get Chandon and the time before that the Celebrity Vintage was good
  7. Very little shade, but the best!! We are booked on the Equinox April 24th and are on the wait list for a sunset veranda. Will be bummed if one does not become available!
  8. Thinking about sailing on the Beyond January 2024 to the Panama Canal. Would love some input
  9. We enjoyed Murano when we sailed on her last May and on our April 24th cruise plan on eating there again on the first night. We were able to order anything off the menu. I think the way things are now, if there is an extra charge for anything it will be printed.
  10. We were on the Equinox last May, 9 day ABC's. So excited to be sailing on her again April 24th..10 day. While nothing is ever perfect, the ship is beautiful, activities as busy as you want to be and the food was fine....I feel as long as I don't have to cook or clean up I am happy!
  11. We just got off the Mariner of the Seas this morning. Cocoa Cay was wonderful, all the staff on the ship was caring and attentive. Entertainment was good and Brian, the cruise director, was engaging and entertaining. It was evident that he really enjoys his job! However, the food is another thing altogether. The food in the Main Dining Room leaves much to be desired. Some dishes were at best mediocre, but the standards have definitely declined. Don't know if the cutbacks are post covid or just lack of quality chefs in the kitchen. The specialty restaurant, Jamies was wonderful. After reading other reviews I hope Royal Caribbean takes to heart what guests have to say about the food.
