I sailed on the Musica in 2008 and although the ship was beautiful the food was very average and for a world cruise I would want better. Also we were annoyed by the announcements in many different languages, I can understand why they do this but we found it distracting. Also the customer service was probably the worst we have had in about 23 cruises especially at reception. We would love to do a world cruise no longer than 4 months. We live in Sydney and Crown Princess do a world cruise Sydney return this would be perfect but we don’t like the photos of the inside of the ship and size of bathrooms even for a balcony cabin so couldn’t spend months on that ship. I think it will be Oceana or Viking.

Hi Cbtours we are also looking for a hotel for 5 nights post cruise from May 20 next year. As we’ve been to Vancouver and Victoria BC before but many years ago we have a little knowledge of what we want to revisit. We stayed in the Fairmont in 2007 but as lovely as it is this time around it’s a bit expensive. We have looked at so many as well as reviews and so far have narrowed it down to maybe two. We love the reviews and the look of Hotel Blu and also of Delta by Marriott although not sure about staying near Gastown. I will now have a look at Auberge Hotel and as well as Blue Horizon.
