@Lionesss Is it possible that there is a way to track a passengers play history and reward a frequent slot player with a big payout to encourage that player to keep going to the casino? Also, others could hear about a passenger’s big win and decide they would play the slots also in hopes of hitting it big.
Not taking away any of your luck or casino skills, just thinking of ways a casino could encourage players. 😊

Some general observations.
Solarium is beautiful. We got there at 9:30 am and found two loungers first row overlooking ocean.
It seemed that 10am was the onset of many guest.
It got packed.
No ice buckets in room. If you want ice ask on first day.
King bed might be on the harder side but very comfy.
New hair dryer in our cabin. A tad bigger than older one and dried my hair in the usual time. It’s power reminded me of a con air but RCI you still have to hold button down to keep it going.
Guest have been very accommodating especially at the elevators.
Windjammer selection nice variety.
Towels nice and fluffy.
Bartenders abundant. There everywhere.
Giving cans of pop out during the open bar time in suite lounge.
OK
Today I’m watching the news. I cannot remember Radio’s favorite station???
Be safe.

Great slot win! Following along. Can you remind me again, how do you determine what slot machine you sit at?
Now mind you RCI has been known to move slot machines around from cruise to cruise.
HOWEVER.
If you walk in to the casino to the left as you go by studio b. ( ice skating rink)
when you enter casino there will be machines to your right. In a row.
On top they are called Spitfire.
They give free spins in groups of 7 if you hit the 3 “bonus” symbols you get bonus spins with a multiplier to win more money.
Also.
I usually spend the first eve after dinner in casino.
I do not go on Second day. Always few hits not talking big jackpots but little tokens of appreciation.
Best of luck.

This cruise was needed in so many ways!!! These last few months have been non stop busy.
Traveling every Sunday to Oxford Ohio a mere 4 - 1/2 hour ride with pit stop. Then Every Wednesday driving home in the evening.
Well I made my last drive the week before the cruise. And I knew it was coming but did not expect it now.
And it was memorable.
A going away gift was getting.Noro virus.
Yup you guessed it. A cruise in less than 6 days and I am best friends with the Porcelain bowl and a bucket.
I hadn’t threw up in over 35 years, but in conjunction with that sitting on the thrown.
It was the 24 hour type. And what affected me most was the tiredness.
It hit after the kids went to work. Zoey was a trooper, kept bringing her binkies and toys.
What made it more memorable is I did my last Pilgrimage to Oxford.
I had made a brief mention of what was going on a few weeks back. But I got the official statement to share just recently.
Brandon is the new assistant strength and conditioning coach at
BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY.
Double salary. Better working conditions.
Daughter s salary will be tripled going independent with an agency backup.
I will now be able to leave Monday morning at 5 am. And come home Wednesday evening.
The drive will be 2 - 1/2 hours.
I will be able to spend weekends camping and get an early starting Monday in June.
That is why this cruise is so meaningful to just chill.
Take care.

@Lionesss I would be interested in knowing what slot it was and how much you put in before the jackpot? I told Linda about it and she wants you to rub your luck onto her. 😉
5 pulls at a total of $20 a pull. So $ 100 dollars of free play.
Immediately sent $3500 to the safe kept $$1500 for future slot pulls.
It was. “ spit fire” and I got the $$$$ on the 7 extra spins.

Cruise crisis number one.
So let me tell you what a panic attack is.
So my DH and I each looked at different areas on ship. I went to get mugs on promenade and he did whatever he does.
So I decided to text him to meet me by schooner’s bar.
One problem.
My phone was gone.
Could not find it.
How am I going to find Rick???????
So I went to suite lounge tail between my legs because I always leave my phone on and if it is gone. Yea. I’m in big trouble.
He sees me and waves my phone.
You left this in your backpack.
Obviously I have it.
Be safe.

If I booked through a TA it should come to them?
We always book onboard and transfer to our TA.
This was first time our email was the TA.
We have always gotten it directly to ours.
Usually mine.
I have heard some spam detectors send it to junk or spam. Check there too.
One of you will get it early in week before cruise.
Safe travels

Those who are in a suite, when did the Concierge contact you for CK reservations?
We're going the cruise after yours and I find myself checking emails several times a day.
Our TA got the email this past Sunday.
We got it from her Monday.

How is the Embassy Suite nowadays? Last time we were there it was looking a little rundown
The hotel is definitely showing it’s age but very clean.
We are on the 4 th floor.
The bathrooms are the one area that needs upgrades.
Clean but the toilet height is low.
Decor dated.
But functional.
The 12th floor undergoing remodeling and shut down.
Not crowded this visit with 3 cruise ships in.
Managers cocktail hour the same.
You get 2 tickets per person for drinks. ( gave us total of 6).
carrots Cukes munchies….limited selection of mixers
rum punch
wine
we just casually drifted thru and got a drink each but did not finish it. Would have rather wanted a Diet Coke.
Breakfast scheduled for 7 am.
BUT.
It is CRUISE DAY!!!!!!!
Yup. Cannot sleep.
Updates to follow.
Be safe.
