My DH was having pain similar to yours for a long spell. He went to a pain clinic and they gave him an epidural steroid injection. It completely rid him of the pain. That was about 3 months ago and still pain free. He’s now going to get in touch with them to see if it’s appropriate to get a “booster” before we go on WC in January. Just my two cents worth but hoping you get relief in some way.
