Enchantment of the Seas - Bobby Broughton is the regular CD and will be on until sometime in Sept when he goes on vacation.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times but no experience with the cruise shuttle.   Hotel is nice, your typical BW.

That’s exactly what I told the F&B Manager—Beringer has to be one of the cheapest wines you can buy—Sam’s $7.84 for 2 bottles!!  He told me if I could buy it at that price to bring him some!!  Don’t think he believed me!!

I don’t like that they took  Beringer’s White Zinfandel off the list!!  The list just says White Zinfandel, sometimes they have Sutter Home but most of the time they try to serve Beach Kite Rose’ and it is discussing!!

7338 is 188 sq ft.  All B cat Balconies are 188 and all D cat Balconies  are 162.  It is about the width of a sofa cushion difference.  JS’s are 277 sq ft.

You need to set up an account with Royal Caribbean on their website.  Click on sign in then create an account.   Once set up, go to MyCruises and add your cruise where it says link a missing cruise.   Click on start checkin, once all information is entered you can get to your set/sail pass.  However, you won’t be able to start your check in before 90 days out.  Hope this helps!

On Liberty—Jeff Arpin coming on 1/20.  Enzo Matijaca will be AD for 2 weeks then goes to the Brilliance as CD for a full contract.

I assume he has been officially promoted—both Mark and Enzo walked into the Lounge on 12/15 and said they had breaking news—Mark was leaving the next day and going to fill in on the Harmony and that Enzo had been promoted to CD and would be taking over until Jeff arrives in January.  Enzo did not yet know his fate after January.

Liberty of the Seas—Enzo was an AD, but on 12/15, he was promoted to CD.

Mark was notified on Sat morning that he was moving to the Harmony on Sunday.  He wanted to get back to FL to be closer to his girls.  The reason, something about one of the CD’s father passing away which caused several last minute relocations of CD’s.  Enzo, AD on the Liberty has been promoted to CD and will be on the Liberty until vacation on I believe 1/13, then Jeff Arpin will be on Liberty.

The Key Program is suppose to be capped at 90 cabins on the Liberty which is one of the test ships.  The one benefit that may affect D+ and possibly Pinnacles is the reserved seating, as an HD told me, we can’t go reserving half the theater.  This program is still being worked out and several of the perks being offered are not being utilized so changes will be made if they even continue the program.

John was LaLa able to get Berlinger White Zin in CL?  Several ships say they no longer have it on board, substituting Beach Kite Rose!!  Taste like gasoline!!

We are on that sailing as well. Went on December of last year and Tim Connor was CD. He was fantastic. Jeff has some big shoes to fill but from what I've read, don't get your hopes up.

Jeff is a good guy, one of the older CD’s that had retired then came back. He has been handling the M&M by himself—believe me, if he does the M&M it will be the best one you have ever attended!!

No change fees unless you change the ship and/or date. No fee to change cabin or category.

I need a hotel after a cruise in early March. I want one that offers a free shuttle to the airport and is close to the cruise port. I am trying to find one that is not isolated and allows for safe walks to restaurants or other places to spend time. Also, I am trying to find one that is less than 250/night and in a safe neighborhood and clean. Considering the time of year, I may have priced myself out of the market, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A great location is along 17th Street. Try getting the Hyatt Place on valuetrips dot com. Several hotels along 17th Street and lots of shopping and Restaurants.

You might also try hotels in Dania off of Sterling Rd —Comfort Suites, BW+, Cambria, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, etc. Also,several hotels along the SR 84 Area.

I’d book a Refundable Hotel now and then watch the prices, have noticed lately prices coming down a few weeks out.
