I had been following along, and we were on Equinox with you and Barbie 2/9-2/18. What an adventure! I just caught up on the last two weeks posting and thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Sadly, we were preparing for a big family wedding this past Saturday, when suddenly the groom's Dad passed two weeks ago. It has been an absolute rollercoaster of emotions for all of us in our tight knit family. Every member of the family went above and beyond to make the wedding wonderful and memorable. We made my brother in law proud I'm sure. I mention this, because we just never ever know what's coming for us. Enjoy every moment you have! We hope to sail with you again one day!

Went with Celestino and Advance. Great experience. There were 4 of us and it was $150 for an SUV. Everything said here is absolutely true. Celestino meets you at the port with car. He gives you a marked up map (denoting sights to see, best beaches to see turtles and snorkel, beaches where you have to pay. The cell phone, GPS. All made for a great day which we enjoyed immensely at our own pace! We ended up back at the port an hour earlier than originally planned (we had another excursion for a sunset catamaran w Celebrity) and he asked was everything ok? Was there any problem? His care and concern were heartwarming. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Curacao.

Hi folks: Cruising on Celebrity Equinox on 2/9/23 and we have interest in having a slot pull. While several of us have participated in one before, none of us has run one and we wanted the ins and outs of how to do it properly--many are willing to help--just afraid to run the show. Can anyone provide me with the details? Before you say it--I tried doing a search and re-did the search with AND between each word and it just spins and spins. Thanks for any help you can offer! I did use a TA for several of my recent cruises--and all of those I have planned. We had an issue with drink package for my hubby not showing up on his account. Even though she was on vacation and on a cruise herself --she got it sorted before dinner on embarkation day. I found her through the boards--on one of my Roll Call a great lady who was always extremely helpful with all kinds of information and spreadsheets about excursions, and cruise tips was always raving about her TA for many reasons. Knowing its a no-no on the boards--I sought her out at the spillway and got the TA's name and number. Used her ever since. She's best on cruises, but will assist with flights and hotels--honestly I prefer to look and book those myself. Both the lady on the boards and the TA have become friends IRL. One of the many, many reasons I love the CC boards!! Sometimes she sees a deal, sometimes I do. Either way, no problem for her to check pricing for me at any time on something booked, and for a 9/2023 Med cruise we ended up saving $2100!! To me that was a win-win and basically covered nearly all our excursions!!

Hi! So happy to come across this post!! Friends and I booked an Iceland/Scotland cruise for September 2024 out of Southampton. Have ALWAYS wanted to visit Iceland. Then I got an ad for Viking Ocean for a Northern Lights tour, out of Tilbury to Bergen or vice-versa that includes Amsterdam, Nervik, Tromsa and Alta. That would be February or March. Went in search of a Roll Call and there was none. Searched by port and here I am. Appreciate all the great info. Now I think we are going to do both!! So many places to see!! Is Celestino with Advance? I tried to contact them through their website and haven't had a response--its been two weeks. How did you communicate with them to arrange?

Did they provide the snorkeling equipment or you brought your own?

When sailing Celebrity, if you are a member of Captain's Club, and you upgrade the drink package from Classic pre-cruise, depending on the level in the loyalty program, you save 5% to 15%. Onboard does not offer any discount. Though I have heard of people holding off and upgrading a few days into the cruise to save.

I have seen others say this is exactly how to do it. I’ve not done it myself.

Don’t get too upset. This is a fairly recent development. I have a friend who has bemoaned paying 200% for years on Celebrity. She finds this “Always Included” particularly onerous because she’s paying for wi-fi, gratuities and drinks for two. And she’s not getting double whatever the OBC offer is at the time! Since Celebrity rolled this deal out, she booked an additional cruise for early Spring, making it a B2B2B!! She’s very happy with this!!
