I am sailing solo on Sunshine next week. Did you do assigned dining or anytime dining. Did you have fun as a single? I am a bit nervous. :(

Has the movie list been released for March yet?

Does the ladder extend into the ocean or does it start above the water. I have knee issues so I am a little concerenced that I will never get back on the boat if i get off the boat.

Does anyone know what the movies are on this ship. I am sailing in March and was wondering if those have been released yet.

Has anyone ever done this excursion? I am trying to find out how easy it is to get in and out of the boat once you jump into the water.

I had Verizon and it was hit or miss going down the river to the Gulf. But I had service.

I was under the assumption you can only bring on sodas from your port of origin, just like wine.

That is correct. In August I tried to bring on a 6 pack from Cozumel and they took them. ONLY THE PORT OF ORGIN.

2 Years ago I received one of those calls that you never want to get while you are on vacation. We were in San Juan and I needed to get home as quickly as possible. I was on the Carnival Splendor. The pursers desk helped arrange a flight for me, escorted me through customs and even helped me pack my bags. A Carnival employee even took me to the airport and made sure to get me through security so I didn't miss my flight. I will be forever greatful for that crew!

I am booked for March and I got $120 each way up to 4 people. I have used them before. Michael at VIP Limo is awesome. I would highly recommend him. You have to book early to hold your spot. They get VERY busy.

Is this something as an excursion or do you sign up on the ship. I have never done one but would love to.

I had a friend who booked an aft room on deck 6 and said that yes you could hear the noise. I am booked in 2018 and I opted to go up to Deck 7 for that reason.

:confused: Can someone tell me what this means. I was looking under the restrictions on the cheers package and came across this statement:

Program allows for unlimited Zero-Proof beverages but only one beverage at a time may be ordered using CHEERS.

My question is is the program giving me free soda and non alcholic beverages within the program (unlimited).

I am considering buying this for my upcoming sailing and I am just wondering what that statement means.

I know there is a way to find out but I can't seem to find the thread. Anyone know how you find out what ships are in port the day you arrive?

I am really nervous about sailing alone but none of my family and friends wanted to go. Any experienced soloist have any suggestions or recommendations?

We are sailing out of Port Canaveral. I will have priority disembarkation. What is the earliest (safe) flight departure time? I will have a private car service picking me up at the port. Is an 11 am flight too early?

I am looking for a private snorkel tour. Wondering if anyone had any recommendations. 1st time to Aruba.

We're on the same cruise and we are watching the weather too. We are flying into NOLA tomorrow morning. The track probably won't be known until the weekend. We just have to wait and see. The cruise could leave a day early or a day late and the itinerary could be changed. Since the only option is Western I don't know where we would go but I'm sure Carnival will keep the ship out of a hurricane. We sail in hurricane season almost every year and most of the time they are the smoothest cruises. We did have to have an itinerary change last year but we always had good weather. Just be prepared to have some changes and everything will be good.

We have a really late flight and I was wondering if there is a service that takes your bags from the ship to your airline? We are flying Southwest and don't leave until almost 6 PM. Any suggustions?

So if Invest 99L becomes a hurricaine which it is expected to do and all models take it southwest Florida by Monday will they still sail on Monday afternoon out of New Orleans?:confused:
