Then any text received would be free Texts sent  are $.50 if you add picture it’s like $1.30 I did this on a couple cruises where I needed to stay in touch with people at home.  yes I am with AT&T

I do not cruise on Carnival if I don't bring my school age children.I don't see myself cruising with carnival after my youngest is out of school. I don't mean to sound hypocritical but that's just the way it is I will cruise on other lines without children.

Leaving out of New Orleans down the Mississippi takes eight hours which means it's dark and you would not be able to see the mouth of the Mississippi the same is true on the way back as it's around midnight as you enter the mouth of the Mississippi. Is there anyway that carnival or any other cruise line would consider somehow going through the mouth of the Mississippi in daylight? Maybe going through and turning around like the Panama Canal cruise. And then making it a sea day. What are the possibilities?

Do they still let you get a beer with the cheers package and not have it opened so I can bring it back to my room and drink it later? We like to get a few beers in our cabin and just sit on the balcony and drink them without having to leave the room all the time to get a refill.

I work in apartment industry and about 10 years ago I was certified

To detect the odor of marijuana by the St. Louis County police department.no joking with this certificate I can testify in a court of law and be an expert witness. I have smelled marijuana on many occasions but I have never reported it I feel it's a harmless vice. But to bring any type of drugs on a cruise ship is just stupid.

does the steakhouse fill up fast? Would it be advisable to pre-book before start of cruise or make reservations on the ship? We like to see the menu in the MDR before we decide on the steakhouse don't want to miss something good.

When you send a message does it give me a sound alert?

On the messaging app when you get a message does it make any sound alerting you that you have a message? On my last cruise (Princess) there messaging was free but pretty useless didn't make any sound when you got a new message had to keep looking at your phone to see if you have any messages so we just don't use it.

I'll be on the carnival dream in May. First off can someone verify there is a 220 v outlets in the cabins. With only one 120 V outlet has anybody brought a 220 V USB charger to charge there cell phone?

I can get one on eBay for not that much money if it works it would free up the 120 V outlet any thoughts.
