  1. Does anyone know the name of the Company or the booking procedures for the zipline that passes by the Roatan dock. It's the one you can watch from the ship. I'd like to do that one and was wondering.......

That one is owned and booked on Carnival's site.

  2. Posting because I want to know the same thing! We'll be there on the 10th and I have been wondering the same thing. I'm told the water hovers around the same temp year round but would love some first hand experience.

I looked at 1 dive site that says in JUN-AUG skin or shirt is good for diving but in December a 3mm+ wetsuit is recommended that would be a heck of a difference in water temp.

Hope someone that has been there comes back.

  3. Took a 3-day Sensation cruise a few weeks ago, and I can assure you, we made very good use of the Cheers program. Have fun!

    Anna,

Talk to me about the Sensation Program as we are sailing next week. Here is my question...

Need some math help here. DW does not drink, maybe like 2 wines a day. I can do my share of the 15 a day. So I have to buy for both of us at $334.64 for a short 3 day cruise, right?

I heard that sodas and non-alcoholic frozen drinks are included in the Cheers Program..is this right? SO currently how much is a single soda on the ship? How much is a non-alcoholic frozen drink on the ship...average price?

I am trying to figure out if it is worth it if she drinks 2 wines and 2 sodas and 1 frozen non-alcoholic drink each day and I get my breakeven or better.

Thanks... Oh yea we are only going to Nassau so most likely will not get off the ship from Thursday morning - Sunday Morning, 3 nights.

    Thanks

  5. 777,

You will no t need a taxi. it is on the other side of DCH, you can see it as you dock. It is like a 10 minute walk, go out of the terminal, make a right, go around Senior Frog and up to the corner, make a right and follow the sidewalk around until you get there. Have fun.

  6. Do you know what time they allow guests to enter? I'm wondering if this would be a nicer option than the free beach, but we are only in port for a short time.

The free beach and the British Colonial Hilton really share the same beach and ocean, they are next door to each other, and the free beach also has a food/drink stand that is cheap and the food good. Why pay $65 pp for the same thing except a chair and the little stand rents them also.
