I agree. I'm planning a girls cruise that has to out of ny because on person has a fear of flying. There are no choices. It's either Bermuda (which a few of us have already done), or Orlando,Nassau, and GSC. With is the one we chose. Was similar on all lines out of NY.

Maybe bring zip lock bags and grab some pastries or cereal/yogurt the day before. Just in case you can't find anything

I'm planning a girls trip next year with 8-10 women. Due to fear of flying, we are restricted to cruising from NY which leaves little choice. Looking at a cruise to Bahamas. The only Feb. date available is during presidents week which we don't want because of spring break... I'm looking at 3/9-15 but I'm wondering if the shop will be full of college spring break kids. Does anyone have experience cruising at this time?

I always enjoy a nice frozen drink in the sun. Dirty Bananna has been my favorite.

I’m excited for my upcoming January cruise on the Escape. I know it’s early but I want o start planning a little. When I look at the itinerary, it shows the times we will be arriving but not leaving the islands. Am I missing something or does that come later? I see we arrive in St. Thomas at 11 am on my bday. Would like to start to plan a special dinner

It say $1 but it’s more. I’ve only Ben on 1 cruise with Ncl. Mine said $1 but was for $96. It took the $96 when I booked. If you do a dummy booking you can see the true value

My last cruise was way back in 2016 on the Breakaway. While doing research on cruise critic, Someone had posted a link which showed a picture if specific ships showing the room numbers on the outside. So it showed all the balconies with room numbers. I wouldn’t even know where to begin a search for that. Is that something that has surfaced lately? Does anyone know what it is I’m talking about?

I was just debating the same thing. We ultimately chose the Escape so we can visit family in Orlando as well. Just curious though. I read in some replies that the Miami prt is easier than Orlando. Is it difficult at Port Canaveral? I’ve only left from there once on Disney but that was many years ago. My last few were out of NY

Thanks everyone. I think Im gonna go with the escape. While the Beatles cover band is right up my alley and I’d prefer the ports on the encore, my bf has family in Orlando so we’ll fly down a couple of days early and visit. Now the planning begins. As well as my obsession. Lol
