I am Canadian. I called Carnival and I emailed and the only response I received was verbal. "We have no information on visas" so I contacted png authorities and again received no response so I just went ahead and applied and received a visa. Better to have one and not need one than to need one and not have one.

Yes we are booked. Just trying to find out info on visa for PNG. Does Carnival issue onboard?
