Can we ask, if you book a guarantee cabin with NCL, ad then the price goes down, can you still ask for a price match? Or is it just if you have booked a specific cabin?

We used the free 67 bus a few days ago, and visited "Breakers". The 67 is free and very good, but after seeing the mansion the bus was not able to pick everyone up, as it was so full, so remember to leave extra time in case this happens.

Agreed! Its almost impossible to get through to Princess - even to make a booking. I was waiting in the UK (to make a booking, not just to answer a question), after over 90 minutes waiting the phone rang, and then someone put the phone down! In the end I booked through a third party. Even trying to call in an evening, the response is no quicker and I have never waited less than 90 minutes. Terrible customer service!

Can I ask if you got a bouquet and buttonhole? I think thats included in the package. If so, could you choose the colour of the flowers?

My brother-in-law wants to surprise his wife with a wedding vow renewal ceremony to mark their twenty years anniversary. Please can anyone tell us what the ceremony is usually like? We are booked for an Enchanted Princess cruise, and have chosen a sea day for the ceremony. It looks like their is a wedding chapel in Enchanted Princess, and he has chosen the "Renewal of Vows Package". Can we ask... *Does the captain usually perform the ceremony? *Does the captain have you repeat the wedding vows that you would usually say at an actual wedding? If so, do you then say your personal vows to each other afterwards? *Can you play music at the wedding? *Does anyone know if there is a piano in the Enchanted Princess wedding chapel? Thank you for any insight you can give, as we want to make this a very special day for my sister-in-law.
