You can do both. We choose to sit and be waited on. We never waited more than a couple minutes for someone to come by and take our orders.

Last but not least we make a stop at El Palacio de los Jugos in Miami. I have to get my large passion fruit juice and pork, yucca with mojo, rice, and the best chicarrones I’ve ever had. It’s delicious and enough to feed an army! 

It’s tradition for us to go to Versailles in Miami after every cruise. 

And just like that it’s all over. What a fantastic fun time we had!
