Why you can't get drunk on wine or champagne?

JH gives away bottles of champagne is that going to stop now because of drunks in the rooms? He should stop that practice if not he is being hypocritical.

Correct. Where is the statement from Carnival on this change? I got a bottle on 25 cruise so far to have a drink on the balcony and in my room and I pose no behavior problem. This is going to take me and my wife to another line soon.
