i am doing this for the British isles cruise June 1 st getting off LeHavre port. I would suggest to appy for the "route deviation" just in case beforehand. It is a simple pocedure and then you don't have to worry and can make plans. My TA did it and got my answer the next day.

I went to website and it stated tourist visa so completed the form. I obviously did not do my research. Is it true that all applicants whether for ETA or Visa 600 if you are over 75 need a health exam?

Forgot to mention going on a cruise leaving from Sydney coming in 3 days before and returning 13 days later to Sydney and flying out same day. Less than 18 days.

I wish I had known about the ETA before I applied online for the Temporary Visa 600. I don't have any major health issues but I was sent an email letter stating I needed a health examination. Is it because I am 82 years old? It staes that it needs to be done at specific places in the US Luckily there is one within 50 miles of my home. I have tried to see if I could get a letter from my primary doctor at Kaiser but was not able to get any answer by using the chat dialogue online. Would i still need health exam if I applied for the ETA which seems a much simpler process? I don't have a problem with health exam other than the inconvenience and extra cost.

It had to be prepaid. I will check with customer service onboard to see if I can use my onboard credit. I have read that you can do this for speciality dining. We will see.

I only wanted the Ultimate Balcony dinner It was $100. I could not find anyplace to book online. She had to do it

I am on Regal August 27-September 10 and my TA was able to book it for me today. I have my fingers crossed.

Will be taking this tour in September and was wondering about the restaurant that Princess uses. How was the food and service? Variety of choices? Hoping that we will have about 2 hours to just walk around town and "shop". Were there options for those who had difficulty in managing all the stairs?

Thank you for this great post. Please let us know what you do in Genoa. We are thinking when we go on this cruise in August to take the train to Santa Margherita and then the ferry to Portofino. Any information you can give me about these 2 villages would be helpful.
