  1. We wear our SeaPass cards on a lanyard for convenience. We have drink packages and Casino play and easier to hand off from a clip than from a pocket. I try to wear it under a shirt but if it shows, it is not because it is GOLD or PLUM color. Besides, I have a bad case of CRS and this way I can keep track of my SeaPass.

.....I also wear a lanyard because there are no pockets in a SPEEDO!!!!!...................really I also suffer from CRS.

  2. You will probably have more trouble getting into Quebec than into the US especially if you speak English.

It happened to me, One time I was at the border going into Quebec and I have a NRA sticker on my old truck. Told a number of times guns are not allowed in Canada and I know this. Sat at the booth about 50 minutes then told to "go". I also had been questioned for a long time returning to the U.S. for we did a quick trip with the kids to go to the zoo right over the border. After I thought they must have suspected a drug dealer or something. No problems either time for in my view the service is just doing their job. Keep up the good work Border Protection Canada and U.S..

  3. A number of years ago there was a fund raiser for Make A Wish and the raffle was an all access tour of the lower working of the Freedom of the Seas. I "won" one spot ( great monetary donation) and a few of us did get to see the control room, engine room(s) (two of them, electrical room, water production area as well as a quick look into the waste management area, (P.U.) led by the chief Engineer aboard the Freedom. It took a couple hours because the Chief really went into details about the workings and integration of the "hotel" with the ship. I even got to video most except for the electrical room. Yes it was very hot in the engine room and loud but very clean. It gives you a great respect for the complexity of the ship and the "hotel". With the new regulations for terrorists I suspect they have re thought the practice. But look for an auction. Maybe you will get lucky.

  4. Is this Celine Dion? You will probably flying in your private jet so no worries. I thought you will be flying out of Vegas? :D Anyways no problem with Canadian passports. Twenty miles from the border here in northern Vermont no problem with Canadians traveling back and forth like always.

  5. You obviously have never had any of the good Canadian Maple Syrup, after all our flag has the Maple Leaf on it. The Vermont flag has a Pine Tree, some wheat sheaves, a deer head and a cow. Just sayin'. ;)

..............I thought the maple leaf represented that Toronto hockey team?:D

  6. We just bring a few little bottles with us to use and to give to the crew as gifts. Yes we are from Vermont so we have easy access to different sizes to bring.

we do also.....one trip we were in Newark N.J. and because of construction we had to exit and be re screened for security. We purchased our maple syrup at the BTV airport past security and you guessed it, we had to give up our liquid gold BUT we made a couple ticket agents very, very happy.

  7. That is nice of you, does the crew say that vermont maple syrup is not the same as QUEBEC Maple Syrup ?

Why you had to capitalize vermont I don't know.

...........because it is the best in the world....:D......all I know they tell me it is way better than the corn sugar stuff.;)
