..............how would a P+P package work on a "Swingers' Cruise"?.......and if the peppercorns run out in the grinder is there a charge for a refill?............Bored minds got to know.....
-
..............if yo do purchase "the package" can it be a "mixed marriage"? You know, salt and pepper? You now can grind fresh salts from around the world.;)

When did someone make a rule that on C.C. questions and answers have to have anything to do with each other?
......sometimes it is like the "Kevin Bacon" game here on C.C..:D

The problem with Nassau is getting back onto the ship and having to get through the pawing and groping masses back through customs. Not worth the effort IMO.
-
Stay on. You won't miss much if you go to town.

Humma? I think she is a little tied up with the F.B.I. inquiry right now. I don't think you will see her on board any time soon..............

I've seen posts where people bring their own sheets, hammocks, a folding table for their balcony, fans, blenders, mattresses and their own toilet tissue (even though you are asked not to put anything other than their toilet tissue in the toilet). If I have to bring all that, I'm just going to stay home. Through the years, we have discovered the joys of traveling lighter and lighter. We are going on a 4-day cruise in December with a carry on each and for a 7-nighter in June. If I run out of anything I either send a few things to be laundered or I buy it at a port.
...............Oh, the good old days of traveling with steamer trunks....they really did hold a lot of crap.......
-
Maybe it will send the message that they can get rid of dishes, silverware, towels, sheet, and pillows too because RCI's fine customers will just bring their own.;) The only thing of our own that they don't seem to want us to bring is alcohol.:p:D
......Good one............:):D
-
I will be bringing my own pepper grinder......no joke!!:o
If everyone brings their own, maybe it will send a message??
Yeah right!!
..............be careful......you may end up in the "naughty room".........:D
......"NO PEPPER , NO PEACE"............

I used to work in the building next to the Black Falcon terminal a few years ago. Also I have sailed out of Boston two other times, and both times was not impressed with the facility. I wish there were more cruises out of Boston.
Small world.....my father took his oath to enter the Navy in WWII at the Fargo building down the street in South Boston 1943. We traveled there a couple years ago and the big Dig brought a lot of nice restaurants on Northern Avenue.:)
-
............let's do the math.....$2.99 per grinder......100 grinders per ship......$299.00 minus $ 1.5 billion dollars.......pardon me I have to get a calculator...............
-
The pier in Boston dates back to WWII and load and off load Navy members.

Hi,
rotation ( according to a lot of postings here) is 10 weeks. They should be rotating this week. But.... who knows they make their own arrangements sometimes
............unless you are the Captain of the Costa Concordia..........

FYI one of the crew we spoke with at a meet the entertainers session said that outside of normal job requirements you have to have 2.5 "bars" in order to be allowed in the passenger areas, but still have to be wearing uniform and name tag.
...........I wonder how that rule applies on the Disney ships?......I've never seen Goofy with a name tag on......he's kinda' recognizable right away.....;)
-
................sounds sexist to me!...........why wasn't Katlyn Jenner in the mix?????????::rolleyes:

How old are you O.P.? You have never learned nothing is "FREE".....one way or another it is paid for......In the U.S, you can purchase your own pepper grinder in the spice dept. of most major food stores. McCormick has a nifty little FRESH pepper grinder on the shelves. Grind to your little hearts content.
-
They take pictures but most are hardly "professional".....
-
Yes there people who take pictures.....I don't know if they are "Photographers" but you can get 'er done.....look at a package deal because it "isn't cheap"....

I hope Adam Sandler never cruises RCL for he can never do his bit about "You wanta sum peppah widt dat?':D

Last week on The Adventure the waiter pulled a small pepper grinder out of his pocket and asked if we wanted pepper with each dish.
9 Cruises and never remember seeing a pepper grinder on the table, the waiter always had it.
............"Hey....is that a pepper grinder in your pocket or you just ----- -- --- --." you all know the joke......:D

Yeah this OP's story doesn't pass the smell test.
Me thinks we are not getting the whole story here.
.................I think it smells of "used, abused and forgotten about"...

I've seen crew smoking in passenger areas before. Actually, I saw a total of three crew smoking just outside the Crows nest but never saw passengers. Don't remember any ash trays. Doesn't the crew have their own smoking areas?
.......but what were they smoking? These "crew members" weren't from Colorado were they?

They are NOT to frat with the guests. He went over the line with you.
A. Yes he's on probation with more work hours and may have had his internet suspended.
B. He may have been relieved of his duties.
C. He was just playing you, but at a cost to himself.
What ship was this? This relationship is going nowhere.
None of that is possibly true....I watched plenty of "Love Boat" programs and none of those characters EVER got in trouble....Captain Stuebing was very understanding....no worries......

Can anyone tell me the status of Captain Crunch these days??? I haven't seen him for years........
