  1. Hi everyone,

I am including a link below to the updated S Class cabin spreadsheet. I am now using GoogleDocs as the Excel/pdf format was getting too cumbersome to edit and save. You should not need a Google account to view the file.

Please provide me with any useful feedback you have. I have added a column for ship name and would appreciate everyone including this information in their cabin review posting on the sticky.

    Thanks!

  2. OK, I have posted a link below to the updated spreadsheet, in GoogleDocs.

Please let me know if you cannot open this as I am experimenting with an easier way to post and update (I hope). You should not need a Google account.

Any other feedback would be appreciated.

Please note that I have added a column for ship name. PLEASE remember to include this information when posting your cabin report.

  3. I called guest services last week as I had a question about the drink packages. My son and his fiance decided on the Standard package while DH and I on the premium.

The gal I spoke with was glad to report they recently changed the rules for the Classic package and you can pay the difference just like with the Premiem package.

We will find out shortly if I was given the correct information.

I'd ask for that in writing!!

  4. I thought you were asking if you could get an alcoholic drink on your Husbands card (which you cannot). If you have both cards and order 2 drinks it shouldn't be an issue (now if you then gave those drinks to 2 other people, that would be another story....).

The drinks package really is so convenient....don't sweat it.

  5. Question: The Seapass card (I believe that's what it's called), does it have your picture on it or something? What stops me from handing it to my husband so he can go up and get a drink if I have an alcoholic package and he has non-alcoholic package?

No picture on the sea pass itself. They take your photo upon boarding and that information comes up when the card is swiped I believe. It would be obvious that you are not your husband and vice versa.

  6. Original poster checking back in! WOW over 80,000 posts....I should get a free drink for winning the most replys contest LOL

Surprisingly my qualifier worked cause I didn't receive a single negative comment about our holiday alcohol consumption...WELL DONE FOLKS!

Just got the package discount for our upcoming cruise in Jan so now I believe that the drink package truly is the "best cruise deal ever!"

Cheers and to those who bought a package based on my info...have a cool one for me!

yes, cheers to you...and us!! I couldn't agree more with your initial assertion; it is indeed the best deal ever for many..

There have been negative comments on other threads, so I'm glad this thread has stayed positive.

  7. hi going on the milleniun to aussie woo hoo and my husband and i both drink, I like wine n lemo but my husband is a beer drinker. Do we need to pay for premium package or basic package neither of us drink shorts or cocktails but dont want to be worrying about prices either just want what we want when we want it Thanks

Depends what type of beer DH drinks. Only the domestics are included in the basic package (up to $5 per drink). However, if he likes a GOOD beer, Millenium now has the new Michaels Club featuring craft beers. if you get the premium package, any beer up to $12 is included, or pay the difference if it's more expensive.

here's the menu from Silhouette, which is probably similar.

I highly recommend the premium package for the wide variety of drinks you can enjoy and the convenience it offers. We loved it!

  8. Hi did I read correctly that you didnt like the Qsine had poor food etc I have paid already for our trip Maybe should cancel do you think? cheers Liz

Don't panic! Remember that food is very subjective. We loved Qsine on Eclipse and have booked it for DHs birthday dinner on Summit. it's quite unique; you should try it for yourselves and form your own opinion.
